Job summary

BCT LLC is hiring a Software Integration Engineer 4 with active TS/SCI with POLY. The role focuses on integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous OS environments. Strong Linux skills, Bash/Python scripting, and HPC experience are required.

Experience with HPC toolchains, Slurm, and IaC automation is essential. The team values rigorous problem-solving, system administration, and the ability to support large-scale HPC deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with at least ten years of demonstrable experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous OS environment.
• Proficiency with Linux CLI and scripting to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous OS environments.
• Provide expert HPC system integration, evaluation, and administration.
• Troubleshoot HPC system problems including software stacks and hardware issues.
• Apply IaC concepts using Salt and Ansible to automate deployments.
