Job summary

Oracle in Nashville seeks a seasoned HPC/ distributed systems engineer to design automated tools and validation frameworks ensuring GPU racks are production-ready. Responsibilities include building NCCL benchmarks, GPU infrastructure tests, NVLink connectivity and Slurm workflows.

You will implement load and performance tests, develop automation and IaC, apply security controls, and contribute to incident response and runbooks. Willingness to relocate to Nashville office required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems with emphasis on scalability and operability.
• Experience with HPC tooling, GPU validation and performance benchmarking is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and optimizes components in distributed systems with scalability, resiliency, and operability.
• Delivers features and load/performance tests; builds NCCL benchmarks and NVLink tests; develops Slurm-based validation workflows.
• Implement automation/IaC for troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response; author runbooks and ensure security controls.
