NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to advance HPC+AI software for numerical simulations in physics, imaging, and materials at extreme conditions. You will bridge research and product teams, translating findings into toolkits and libraries used by scientists worldwide.

You will develop workflows, benchmark bottlenecks, and create tutorials. The role emphasizes collaboration across research, engineering, and product groups, with a hybrid work model and equity/be nefits.

Formación

• BS/MS/PhD in computational, theoretical or experimental physics, applied mathematics, computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building HPC, AI or ML software for physics and numerical simulations.
• Strong experience with GPU-accelerated computing and modern ML frameworks.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop workflows for experimental processing/analysis and numerical simulations in imaging science, plasma and high energy physics, and material science.
• Profile the application and run benchmarks to identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations to collaborators and product teams.
• Build examples or sample applications for tutorials and demonstrations.
• Represent NVIDIA at leading scientific conferences, workshops, and industry events.
