Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership is required or eligible to practice.
• Minimum five years’ experience, with at least three years in state court litigation (housing/UD preferred).
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to work with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in office management and governance activities.
• Manage a diverse caseload including evictions, discrimination, habitability and housing disputes; in-court representation required.
• Supervise staff, supervise volunteers, and mentor junior attorneys and fellows.
