Job summary

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking a Senior Housing Analyst to support property and portfolio performance through financial analyses and investment evaluation.

The role involves partnering with Asset Management, Accounting, and Legal teams to analyze capital decisions and asset-level data. You will assist in site visits, prepare ad hoc analyses for senior management, and track lease and partnership provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in real estate investments, asset management, financial or operational analysis in Healthcare/Senior Living.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Ability to travel (less than 15% of the time).
• Strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles.
• Financial modeling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses to support property and portfolio operating performance.
• Evaluate capital investment decisions and asset management issues.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for the Asset Management team.
• Coordinate with operating partners and asset visits for due diligence.
• Report on lease, JV and management agreement provisions.
