Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to lead environmental services in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring the facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can train staff, maintain compliance standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience in housekeeping/laundry within a healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, laundry operations, and infection control standards.
• Proven leadership ability with experience supervising frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including daily assignments and performance oversight.
• Organize staffing schedules, coverage, and shift replacements as needed.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback to team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and high service standards across departments.
• Maintain records related to staffing, supplies, equipment, and operations.
