Solutions³ LLC is seeking a Host Forensics Analyst to support a U.S. Government customer from Arlington, VA, performing host-based and network-based analyses, DFIR, and proactive threat hunting.

The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with DHS suitability; travel to incident sites is expected. The candidate will lead forensic teams, perform data collection, write comprehensive reports, and mentor junior staff across engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience performing digital forensics investigations and DFIR.
• Experience producing in-depth, executive-ready forensic reports.
• Familiarity with chain of custody and forensic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forensic teams at onsite engagements and coordinate data collection.
• Provide guidance on data collection techniques and forensic methods.
• Write and review forensic reports with QA and junior staff input.
• Support onsite engagements with analysis and mentoring.
• Lead investigation planning, imaging, and artifact analysis.
• Distill findings into executive summaries and technical reports.
• Explain methodologies to stakeholders and track on-site activities.
• Travel to incident locations across the U.S., territories, and possessions.
