Job summary

Three Wall Capital is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support the financial operations of its hospitality investment portfolio. You will maintain accurate general ledger records, prepare financial statements, manage asset management billing, and perform reconciliations across multiple entities.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership, handling month-end closes, tax returns, audits, and external reporting while identifying process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• CPA certification or active pursuit preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality finance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset management billing to operators and monitor collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts; investigate variances.
• Review daily financial activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Process payments to vendors and reimbursements.
• Track registrations, taxes, and filing fees for owned entities.
• Assist with preparation/review of upper-tier entity financial statements and corporate reporting.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and external audits.
• Assist with tax returns and other external reporting as needed.
• Audit OTA sites and revenue channels to ensure proper payments.
• Analyze financial information to identify variances and opportunities.
• Participate in weekly accounting update calls; support special projects.
