Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations, or insurance restoration.
• Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office for project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete 5-10 projects per month according to the project timeline.
• Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors.
