Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process, leveraging FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and a client‑centric approach. You will partner with bankers to educate customers and promote a broad range of mortgage products.

This on‑site role requires a degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending, solid knowledge of the local real estate market, and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
