Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor branch team by providing training on products and services.
