Senior Helpers of Fitchburg is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home personal care in Fitchburg, MA. You’ll help clients stay safe and independent, matching tasks to their needs and your area of expertise.

This role emphasizes compassion, communication, and building relationships with clients and families. The position offers full-time and part-time schedules, pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour, paid training, and benefits including 401(k) and paid sick time.

Responsabilidades

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
