Job summary

All Saints Home Medical, L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Home Care Technician to ensure safe delivery, setup, and use of home medical equipment.

You will support warehouse QA, perform equipment maintenance, and handle oxygen transfills, with on-call duties rotating monthly. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with MVR meeting SFHS guidelines, and a CDL with HazMat endorsement.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and MVR meeting SFHS guidelines.
  • CDL with HazMat endorsement and DOT certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in home medical equipment/healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver medically necessary home medical equipment.
  • Educate patients on proper home use of equipment.
  • Perform routine liquid oxygen transfill duties and deliveries.
  • Process deliveries accurately and timely.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Mentor and assist other home care technicians in duties.

This role aids warehouse operations by performing quality assurance checks, equipment repair, equipment cleaning, oxygen transfilling services, receiving and shipping duties. They support the department to maintain high-quality products and services provided by Saint Francis Health System.Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Report that meets Saint Francis Health System (SFHS) guidelines. Oklahoma Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certification with HazMat endorsement.Work Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software. Sound knowledge of Home Care Equipment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information. Strong ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to train and mentor others. Sound ability to maintain professional and courteous and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in adynamic work environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Delivers medically necessary home medical equipment. Educates patients on proper use of equipment in a home setting. Completes and acquires necessary documentation as required. Performs routine liquid oxygen transfill duties and deliveries. Processes all deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. Performs routine preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment as required in accordance with policies and procedures. Mentors and assists other home care technicians in the performance of duties.Decision Making: Independent judgment in planning sequence of operations and making minor decisions in a complex technical or professional field.Working Relationships: Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise). Leads others in same work performed (does not supervise). Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction.
