Job summary

Live Long Well Care is seeking an experienced Home Care RN for a Nurse Manager role in Winston Salem, NC. The position oversees hands-on resident care, medication administration, and compliance support, with potential outreach to hospitals, physician offices, and senior organizations.

The role reports to the Client Services Manager and requires current LPN/LVN license or RN eligibility, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and 1–2 years in a similar healthcare role. A four-year degree is desired.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as LPN/LVN (or RN eligibility) in good standing.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.
• High school diploma or GED; four-year college degree desired.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care and nursing services.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Document verbal and written reports timely.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff as needed.
• Mentor Team Members and participate in in-service training.
• Ensure adherence to Resident Care Plans and company policies.
