Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Five years of related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience, per JHU policy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a member of a collaborative team to study design formulation.
• Develop, test, and evaluate manuals, questionnaires, and coding structures for efficient data collection.
• Develop and oversee design and implementation of study procedures and tools for data collection (interviews, questionnaires, etc.).
• Monitor and ensure team compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Participate in developing study budgets.
• Set up data collection systems and ensure data validity.
• Organize and quality control data.
• Recommend and implement protocol changes based on results.
• Identify ideas for sub-studies and next steps based on analysis.
• Assist with literature review and manuscript/presentation preparation.
• May supervise day-to-day activities and train study staff.
