Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience including Resident Engineer roles.
5 years working as a Resident Engineer on Caltrans Highway improvement projects.
Understanding of construction management and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Ensure safety of personnel by observing contractor’s operations.
Review contractor operations for compliance with regulations.
Provide directions to staff for accurate contract records.
Attend and lead construction meetings with clients and contractors.
Skills
