Job summary

GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. in West Virginia seeks a Senior Highway Project Manager to lead our highway design team across WV, with options to report to Scott Depot or Morgantown.

You will direct the design efforts, mentor staff, and manage client relationships on projects across WV, OH, and KY, ensuring designs meet schedule and budget while leveraging your 10–15 years of roadway experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of roadway design experience.
• Registration in WV, OH, KY preferred.
• Experience with WV Division of Highways Design Directives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design team across West Virginia and neighboring states.
• Build client relationships with multi-discipline teams.
• Prepare and complete engineering designs to meet project needs.
• Deliver tasks on schedule and within budget.
• Develop project design criteria, calculations, details and estimates.
• Mentor staff in advancing highway design.
