Catering is seeking a PE-qualified Highway Engineer in Philadelphia, hybrid/remote option available. You will lead highway design and project delivery, review PS&E, seal PennDOT packages, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements include 4–8 years of highway experience, PA PE license, ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering, and strong communication skills. Join a growing transportation team with ownership and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years highway engineering experience.
• Strong experience delivering PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike projects.
• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university; PE licence in PA.

Responsibilities

• Highway design and project delivery.
• Production and review of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E).
• Final review and sealing of PennDOT packages.
• Providing technical guidance and design oversight.
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
