A BSEE or BSCE, high-speed SERDES experience, and 6+ years of validation experience are required. Qualifications

• Ability to work on site in a hardware lab environment 5 days a week.
• High-speed SERDES validation experience (50GBaud/s and above) is a must.
• Strong understanding of DSP-based high-speed SERDES architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own validation of products from start to finish including test plan development.
• Collaborate with ODMs and QA teams to ensure no gaps in coverage.
• Develop system level stress and performance testing strategies.

Skills

High-speed IO validation

6+ years experience in validating complex systems

Coding in C/C++, JS, Python

Collaborating across teams

Strong communication skills

Education

BSEE or BSCE or equivalent experience
