Description

We are looking for technical staff members to play key roles to design and collaborate with foundry to develop new products for volume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop epi structures of high-speed photodiode (100G/lane and above)
• Mask layout generation
• Data analysis to build correlation between performance and designs.
• Failure analysis of issues affecting functionality and performance.
• Work closely with internal and external epitaxial engineer, integration engineer, packaging/testing for product development and quality improvement.
• Limited travel

Qualifications

• Ph.D degree in EE, materials, optics, physics related to semiconductor lasers industry experience required.
• 5+ years of experience is preferred
• Hands-on design experience of high-speed PD is required. Experience with 200G PD design or UTC design is preferred.
• Track record of successful massive production delivery is preferred.
• Experience in wafer processing, packaging/testing, epitaxial characterization, reliability and failure analysis is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge in PD physics and modeling.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, team player and dependable.
