We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HFM Techno-Functional Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining HFM applications to streamline financial consolidation and reporting processes, integrating with enterprise systems, and providing technical and functional guidance to finance teams. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, hands-on experience with HFM, and a deep understanding of finance processes.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• 12–15 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM suite of products.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with on-premise Oracle HFM.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing HFM business rules, data forms, and metadata for accurate and efficient financial consolidation.
• Strong understanding of HFM Rule Files and VB Script for automation.
• Proficient in Hyperion Financial Web Reporting Studio (HFR)—creating, updating, and maintaining financial reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Smart View, including Function-Based Smart View and VB Macro-based automation.
• Experience integrating HFM with ERP systems, Essbase, data warehouses, and other enterprise systems using FDMEE, scripts, and data management tools.
• Hands-on experience with inbound integration from SAP and text files using FDMEE and Jython scripts.
• Knowledge of outbound integration to Planning and Essbase.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with finance and IT teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain HFM applications to support financial consolidation and reporting.

• Create and maintain Hyperion Financial Reports (HFR) using Web Reporting Studio.
• Develop advanced Smart View solutions, including function-based reporting and VB Macro automation.
• Integrate HFM with ERP, Essbase, and data warehouses using FDMEE, Jython scripts, and data management tools.
• Implement inbound integrations from SAP, flat files, and other sources.
• Support outbound integration to Planning and Essbase.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for HFM configurations, processes, and technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT to ensure solution quality.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users and finance teams.
• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and implement continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest HFM features, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ensure availability during business hours and dedicate focused attention to project work.
