Job summary

Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Technician III at our Aventura, FL campus. You will serve as the senior escalation point on the support team, owning difficult issues and delivering white-glove end-user support including AV for live broadcasts and events.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with the CIO on improvement projects, and manage asset inventory, imaging, and deployment standards to scale fixes beyond one person.

Qualifications

• Senior escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and account issues.
• Support for Windows and macOS environments with root cause focus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, and conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final Tier 3 escalation for complex issues across Windows and macOS.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and revenue-critical teams, including live broadcasts and studio events.
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint management.
• Triage and drive tickets to closure within SLA, with clear user communication.
