Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7+ years of relevant investment experience.
• Strong interpersonal, tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify new hedge fund managers and investment strategies through networking and industry events.
• Initial Evaluation: Qualitatively and quantitatively assess prospective funds (strategy, team, risk, performance).
• Ongoing Monitoring: Track existing managers to ensure alignment with risk and strategy.
• Assist with client portfolios and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Work with internal partners to build hedge fund platform, maximize usage and provide written/verbal communications.
