Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on heavy trucks.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks.
• Comfortable working in both shop and field environments.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
• Comfortable handling customer communication, parts coordination, estimating, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair heavy-duty trucks (dump, municipal, vacuum, roll-off, etc).
• Troubleshoot brakes, electrical systems, engines, hydraulics/PTO, steering, and suspension.
• Perform preventive maintenance on newer fleets with attention to detail.
• Complete shop and field repairs based on customer needs.
• Handle parts ordering, estimates, scheduling, and workflow as needed.
