Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in machine assembly, light fabrication, or equivalent contracting experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to possess a DOT card.
• Ability to travel up to 80% including overnight travel up to 20%.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with good customer relationship and communication strengths.

• Provide product orientation classes at customer locations for various products.
• Onsite at customer locations, diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Assist dealer service technicians with diagnosing and repairing, on-site, on the phone, or via email.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and develop best resolution.
• Lead and mentor other Field Service Technicians as required.

This role will also be responsible for performing diagnostics and repairs at customer sites throughout the US for all products produced within their realm of expertise to ensure our products are repaired in a proper and timely manner to reduce any future issues.
