Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy civil projects, including highways and bridges, with ownership of P&L and overall success. The role emphasizes safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence, working across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.

You will coordinate with clients and executives, manage risk, and drive execution strategies while ensuring compliance and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and client management skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale heavy civil projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of heavy civil projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, owners, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, procurement, contracting, risk management, and execution strategies.
• Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Deliver periodic performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance objectives.
