Job summary

Fann Contracting, Inc. in Prescott, AZ seeks a Heavy Civil Project Manager with ADOT experience to lead earthwork, utilities, and asphalt projects ranging from $1M to $50M. You will work with the superintendent, owners, and subcontractors to drive performance, safety, and quality across the project lifecycle.

Proficiency in Primavera, CPM scheduling, and MS Office is required. Occasional statewide travel in Arizona is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and a lucrative bonus program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing high-profile heavy civil and ADOT projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and project management software.
• Proficiency in Primavera and CPM scheduling.
• Clean driving record, Arizona Driver License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from $1M to $50M and coordinate with superintendent, owner, and subcontractors.
• Provide safety and quality leadership on the jobs including monitoring processes and documentation.
• Report project status and performance data to owner and team members.
• Plan, monitor, and control the project throughout its lifecycle.
• Submit project documents ahead of time (Submittals, RFIs, Notices, Progress, etc.).
• Review supplier/sub quotes, draft subcontracts, and order materials.
• Prepare and update project schedules and attend ADOT meetings.
• Prepare monthly pay estimates and manage change order requests.
• Maintain organized project files and document risks; travel statewide in Arizona.
