STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will collaborate with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on bridge work, post-tensioning, and concrete construction.

The role requires 7+ years of heavy civil experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and willingness to travel 20–25%.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience; prime contracting experience preferred.
• Background in bridge work, post-tensioning, structural concrete, strengthening, or related specialty.
• Proficient with MS Project or Primavera P6 and Procore.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex heavy civil construction projects from planning through execution while partnering with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project P&L.
• Oversee contracts, buyouts, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Coordinate work plans, submittals, and equipment needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Field Managers, Superintendents, and crews.
