Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in the HealthRules Payer claims system.
• Prior experience with a HealthRules Payer and GuidingCare Implementation required.
• Ability to manage functional leads in a large enterprise project.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in HealthRules Payer configuration.
• History of exemplary relationship management and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Run successful projects within a Health Insurance Organization.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate global design and testing needs.
• Provide configuration expertise for HealthRules Payer.
• Own the program Functional teams and manage risks.
