Job summary

UPS is hiring a Healthcare Senior Service Associate to support order fulfillment in our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping healthcare products, while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires operating MHE, RF scanners, and the WMS to ensure accurate transactions and regulatory compliance, in varied environments including cold storage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Handle order fulfillment from receipt to shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet movers, stand up forklifts, order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to perform warehouse activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow defined processes with high accuracy under minimal supervision.
• Maintain inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Work in ambient, refrigerated, or freezer environments as required.
