Qualifications

• 5+ years of health care experience, including at least 2 years in managed care.
• RN/LVN/LPN/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMSW license as required by state contract or regulation, active in state of practice.
• Strong customer service skills and member-centric focus.
• Ability to work across diverse settings and with diverse populations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises multidisciplinary teams across care management, utilization management, behavioral health, and LTSS.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while implementing Molina clinical model.
• Acts as hands-on leader in assessing systems, operations, and care delivery efficiency.
• Monitors staffing, productivity, and performance indicators to maintain service levels.
• Coordinates with senior leadership on operational issues, staffing, and resource needs.
• Maintains professional relationships with providers, state agencies, and internal/external customers.
