Job summary

VML Health is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to coordinate multiple departments and deliver client objectives. You will manage medium to large marketing projects, articulate goals, and ensure clear communication across internal teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in agency or client-side settings, excellent organization and decision‑making, and familiarity with waterfall and agile methods. Hybrid work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale marketing projects, health client exposure preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and resolve ambiguity.
• Comfortable adapting to changing project priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium and large-scale marketing projects across departments.
• Set up project teams, document requirements, and establish status reporting.
• Articulate objectives to team members and manage project scope.
• Identify resourcing needs and coordinate with Resource Management.
• Deliver marketing tactics that meet or exceed expectations.
• Provide client-facing status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Explain client-specific processes for legal/medical/regulatory reviews.
