Recurring meetings include weekly check-ins with Practice Team Leads, multi-disciplinary sub-sector working groups, monthly team leadership call, and periodic reports to firm management.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for the broader 230+ member Healthcare Team, providing guidance and support with staffing, workflow, budgets, and project management for large matters on an ad hoc basis.

Knowledge Management, Innovation, and Technology

  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Innovation, and Information Technology teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery through the use of practice-specific solutions and innovative technology.
  • Encourage participation in experience and intelligence collection and reporting efforts in close collaboration with the Knowledge Management, Innovation, and Marketing/Business Development teams.

  • Ensure appropriate case work distribution for skill development and manage off-boarding/reintegration of secondments, leaves of absence, and alternative work arrangements.
  • Facilitate introductions where appropriate to leverage expertise pairings and potential for assignments.

  • Coordinate with team leads on internal CLE programs.
  • Assist Talent Management with regular review of mentor/mentee assignments and ensure recurring/regular touchpoints.
