Qualifications

• Pennsylvania license required; Delaware or New Jersey license a plus.
• At least five years healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or general liability experience.
• Self-starter with track record of taking initiative and embracing challenges.
• Demonstration of critical, analytical, and creative thinking.
• Effective in supervising or overseeing the work of others.
• Proven leadership, training, feedback, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Potential to bring or develop business a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work independently but within a team environment and oversee and manage cases and work teams.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers and staff; develop case strategy and leadership for complex matters.
