The role requires a 4+ year track record in healthcare strategy or facility planning, strong data analysis, and collaboration across engagement teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related healthcare administration is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy and/or facility planning.
• Experience in strategic planning, healthcare network development, facility master planning, or detailed facility programming.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact facility planning initiatives to enhance growth, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
• Lead research and data analysis to inform executive decision-making.
• Oversee health system facility planning projects including master planning, programming, space planning, and capital planning.
• Assess feasibility of strategic initiatives within planning frameworks and tools.
