Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of healthcare data experience.
• 3+ years of business process analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with Government Exchange programs.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with flow-charting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in business processes and update documentation.
• Intake, analyze, document, and manage stakeholder requests.
• Develop subject matter expertise on supported processes.
• Drive root-cause analysis for data and process issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process specifications for cross-functional teams in government operations.
• Analyze workflows to support process development, conversions, migrations, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare end-user and requirements documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, operations, and finance to translate requirements into solutions.
• Set up performance metrics for stakeholder distribution.
• Support PDE submission processes by analyzing data issues.
