Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Healthcare Data Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across claims, payments, member, provider, eligibility, medical, and pharmacy domains.

The role requires 10+ years of consulting, 7+ years in healthcare with Medicare knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. A Bachelor's degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall consulting experience including Management
• 7+ years in healthcare specifically with Medicare business
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, CE, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 10% on average

Responsibilities

• Lead a team designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across claims, payments, member, provider, eligibility, medical, and pharmacy domains
• Develop cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS services, Teradata Vantage, Informatica, Airflow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver results
• Provide clear guidance and leadership to project workstreams
