Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Insights Specialist to leverage SQL, Excel, Dataiku, and Python to assess disruption for clients during network changes and to create standard and custom reports across retail pharmacy networks.

You will manage multiple requests, simplify reporting processes, and deliver insights for multiple lines of business and clients, contributing to retention and growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment at CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Experience in SQL, Excel, and ETL.
• 2+ years' professional analytical experience.
• Proficiency in Dataiku, Alteryx, or other ETL applications.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Industry experience in PBM or healthcare is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL, Excel, and related tools to identify disruptions to clients during network changes and support retention/win strategies.
• Develop and deliver standard and custom reports for multiple lines of business and clients regarding retail pharmacy network accessibility.
• Streamline reporting processes and develop new reporting solutions.
• Handle multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
