Job summary

Batska Consulting Group in New York, NY seeks a dedicated Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives from concept through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relations, coordinating design and construction teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for healthcare, education, and public institutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Preferably experienced in healthcare construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and determine delivery methods.
• Provide oversight of prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements to align with company interests.
• Manage the design process and coordinate between design and construction teams.
• Lead a small to mid-sized team, providing guidance for project success.
• Forecast costs, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scopes through PM software.
• Develop bid packages and procure proposals per client policies.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project with progress reporting.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across the lifecycle.
• Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules and feasible phasing for end-users.
