Job summary

Amazon, within AWS WWPS HCLS, partners with top customers to design cloud architectures using AWS services. The role focuses on translating industry needs into scalable cloud solutions and guiding digital transformations for Healthtech and ISV customers.

You will lead in-depth architecture discussions, align with account managers, and help migrate workloads to the cloud, while articulating tangible business value and fostering enterprise relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in healthcare IT environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure success in building and migrating applications on the AWS platform.
• Formulate and execute strategies with account teams.
• Educate customers on AWS value and drive deep architectural discussions for cloud deployment.
• Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers using AWS.
• Share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.
• Contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders in customers.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
