Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior analytics professional to join our Analytic Services team in Wayne, PA. You will design and execute analytics using IQVIA data sources, lead analyses to inform strategic recommendations, and develop data analysis systems that uncover trends in complex datasets.

You will deliver client-ready insights, create presentations, manage projects, and collaborate across teams to drive impactful solutions in healthcare analytics, including patient and provider data, market

Qualifications

6–8 years of relevant healthcare analytics experience.
Ability to follow SOPs, document project work, and adhere to processes.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Strong written, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

Analyze secondary data and market research to identify key insights and trends.
Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client deliverables and business decisions using IQVIA data.
Independently create client presentations and participate in client meetings.
Manage projects and work streams of reasonable complexity.
Coach consultants across multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate across internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
