Job summary

Premier, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant Advisory Services to lead performance improvement projects for healthcare systems. You will guide data analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and deliver client-ready materials with QA oversight.

Travel 61-80% within the US and collaborate in a dynamic advisory team environment. The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong analytics skills using Tableau, SQL and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable consulting experience in healthcare or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong ability to lead data analyses, synthesize findings and present recommendations.
• Experience in building client-ready deliverables and facilitating workshops.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau, SQL and Excel for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in engagement work streams delivering performance improvement.
• Determine client needs, develop statements of work and QA analyses for deliverables.
• Interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations and potential solutions.
• Develop presentations and final deliverables for diverse audiences.
• Manage project economics, risk, and client communications.
