You will drive AI/LLM integration, scale modular platforms, and mentor teams while aligning with payer market strategy and business growth targets. Salary range is $93,900 - $154,200 USD plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software technology.
• 5+ years in a senior product/platform leadership capacity.
• Experience launching 2+ enterprise-scale platforms in regulated, data-intensive environments.
• Bachelor’s in computer science.

Responsabilités

• Develop new designs, architectures, and standards aligned with payer market strategy.
• Create scalable architectures for cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-prem platforms.
• Incorporate AI/LLM approaches to improve productivity and data blending.
• Assess scalability and performance; address bottlenecks.
• Develop POCs for new applications and components.
• Assist in business proposals and executive presentations.
• Mentor development teams and provide expert guidance.
• Participate in AGILE planning and daily execution.
