• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Healthcare Administrator, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion.
• Carry both bedside care and the builder-led charting load the company expects of a senior clinician.
• Audit the unit's Nasogastric Tube Insertion compliance weekly and brief the charge Healthcare Administrator on the gaps.
