Aon is hiring a Health Solutions Senior Consultant in Kansas City or St. Louis, MO. This hybrid role supports health and welfare benefits strategies, leading client deliverables and coordinating with SMEs and vendor partners.

You will manage projects, mentor juniors, and act as the primary day-to-day client contact while leveraging strong analytics, project management, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in group health and benefits consulting
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Lead Consultant on the team, owning projects and deliverables
• Delegate assignments to team members and peer-review their work
• Perform analysis, draft client presentations, participate in client meetings, identify client needs for other services
• Serve as primary day-to-day vendor and client contact
