Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health or related field required.
• Minimum of ten years of public health evaluation or related experience.
• Experience in national program evaluation and implementation research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CDC administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct national assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes.
• Develop evaluation plans, indicators and logic models.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and report findings.
• Design and conduct implementation research including fidelity and contextual factors.
• Facilitate partner meetings and provide evaluation training/TA.
