Job summary

Koch is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Audit Manager to lead compliance audits and advisory activities across Koch businesses. You will collaborate with site and business partners to identify risks and deliver actionable insights that drive practical, sustainable improvements.

The role suits someone with a strong technical foundation, manufacturing experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will interact across the organization to strengthen compliance capabilities, challenge norms

Qualifications

• Health & safety compliance program development and oversight.
• Hands-on EH&S manufacturing program experience.
• Ability to articulate EH&S concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze risk using current/emerging technologies.
• Ability to train, coach, and enable others to build capability.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (including some international travel).

Responsibilities

• Execute health & safety compliance audits and advisory activities, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Evaluate site programs and operations to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop clear, concise, and actionable audit observations.
• Coach facility personnel and leaders to support continuous improvement and build internal capability.
• Work with site personnel to understand root causes and link findings to practical actions.
• Contribute to tools and processes that drive audit consistency and methodologies.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance audit effectiveness and value for stakeholders.
