Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a health client workstream, anticipate challenges, and ensure deadlines and budgets.
• Manage client deliverables and provide updates to client leaders.
• Conduct value-add research and analysis for client proposals and strategies.
• Collaborate with staff to mentor and motivate team members and drive efficiency.
• Contribute to business growth by introducing clients to new capabilities and industry contacts
