Job summary

One Medical Seniors is seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our outpatient practices in Shoreline, WA. You will work closely with Medical Directors to deliver high-quality patient care and lead care-delivery innovations in a value-based setting.

This role emphasizes team-based practice and patient-centered outcomes. The position requires board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, a WA license or eligibility, and at least 2 years of primary care experience.

Our Team Physicians work closely with the Medical Directors to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. • Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.


• Partner with the care team and leverage One Medical Seniors coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.


• Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.

Whatyou’llneed:

• At least 2 years of primary care experiencerequired.

• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.

• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.


• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicinerequired.

This role is based in Shoreline, WA.

The base salary range for this role is $286,900 to $343,100per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
