Job summary

One Medical Seniors in Shoreline, WA is seeking Primary Care Physicians to join outpatient practices, delivering comprehensive, relationship-based care in a value-driven setting.

You will work with a Medical Director and care team to provide geriatric-focused primary care, using our EHR and data-supported care to improve patient outcomes, with a supportive team and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington state.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the care team and leverage coaching and behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients.

Whatyou'lllikely workon

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with the care team and leverage One Medical Seniors coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
• Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.

Whatyou’llneed:

• At least 2 years of primary care experiencerequired.

• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.

• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.

• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicinerequired.

This role is based in Shoreline, WA.

The base salary range for this role is $286,900 to $304,980per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
